Gymnastics and Circus arts classes are designed to improve strength, speed, endurance, agility, balance, flexibility and coordination!
CLASS SCHEDULE
ACRO GYMNASTICS & AERIAL ARTS- Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop (Lyra) & Trapeze
These 2 classes together are HIGHLY recommended for building stamina and flexibility for aerial arts as well as for any sport.
For Acrogymnastic Class: The student will spend time on flexibility with emphasis on contortion, conditioning, and acro gymnastics. Each student will advance at his or her own pace and in the correct order of gymnastics training to ensure safety and readiness.
UNICYCLE & JUGGLING CLASS
INFORMATION REGARDING CLASSES
- Tuition is due at the beginning of each month for the entire month.
- Drop Ins will not be allowed due to class size. Please schedule a private lesson if you only need a class or two, or you will be charged for the entire month.

- Missed Classes: Any missed class can be made up within 3 months and you can make it up in any of the aerial classes or schedule another date with us.
